Marilyn has been involved with HSG since our inception in 1978. With expertise in consulting, marketing, compliance, human resources, workers compensation, employee benefits and administration, she oversees all functions of TPA operations.
Sherry has been employed at HSG for the past 32 years. Sherry’s areas of expertise include client services, administrative processes, compliance, client and vendor contracting, reporting and benefit communications.
Sherry has been employed at HSG for 25 years. Her expertise includes a strong working knowledge of procedure codes, ICD-9 coding, Plan Build and the operation of LuminX claims system.

Randy has 25 years experience with computer programming. During the past 15 years at HSG, his responsibilities have included the creation and maintenance of our intranet, claims system and telephone system.
Cheryl has been with HSG for 7 years. She has 31 years of nursing experience and she currently oversees all aspects of Utilization Review and Case Management.
Brandi has 17 years experience with HSG. Her expertise includes claims processing, large claims tracking and stop loss admissions.
Lucille Ferguson, CLU, ChFC, RHU, REBC
Account Manager/Stop Loss Coordinator
Aaron has been employed with HSG for 28 years. His areas of expertise include stop loss marketing and placement, new business development, broker relations, and client services.
Lucille has been with HSG for 8 years. As a 39-year veteran in the insurance industry, Lucille’s expertise includes stop loss marketing and placement, new business development, broker relations and account management.
